Its a New Year

Well its the second month of the New Year and I'm really trying to be better about posting something  new everyday.  So lets see if I can do it!!!!! So here # 1- Pick up my kids on Tuesday and to my surprise Preston's eye was extremly red like blood red so I asked him what was wrong with his eye he goes on to tell me that a pencil poked him in the eye in class and never told his teacher so went all day with a painful eye. He tells me that one of the kids was holding one of the big fat pencils and another student decided to hit it out of her hands and for some reason my son was the one the pencil decided to hit! Since working at a Eye Dr. office I knew that this is not something to mess with. So back to the office for Preston's eye to be looked at the Dr. asked how many times he was poked by the pencil due to the 3 punctures on his eye. Turned out that it was a Subcojuctive Hemorrhage. It will heal and he will be good as new!!! I wish kids would think before doing.......
